• Use it as your regular toothpaste.
• Apply at least a 1-inch strip of toothpaste onto a soft-bristle toothbrush.
• Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by your dentist.
• Ensure you brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
